Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Robert Helmstetler, I am a life member of VFW Post 922 in Pendleton, and have recently moved to the Portland area.
I would like to offer my services to those in need during these financially difficult times. If you, or a family member, are in need of assistance with repairs, upkeep, or just would like someone to talk to, please give me a call. I give free estimates, and in some cases, upon my assessment of the work to be done, I work for the price of materials, or for No Charge. Local references available upon request.
